Premium tilting table

Stationary production of flat precast concrete elements

Oscillating tilting tables are equipped with hydraulic tilting systems, a stable structure with optimally positioned vibration dampers and an extremely smooth surface to ensure the highest production quality and precision.

Premium tilting tables (from known as swing tilting tables) are basically designed for the production of precast concrete elements in various shapes and thicknesses. The tilting function enables faster and safer stripping of the elements in an (almost) vertical position.

The tipping system consists of a series of hydraulic cylinders driven by hydraulic power packs with power supply.

To compact the fresh concrete, the tables can be equipped with electric or pneumatic vibrators.

All hydraulic, electric and pneumatic equipment is selected from the proven German quality brands.

For faster concrete curing and depending on local weather conditions, the tables can be equipped with the necessary piping for connection to a heating source, such as water or thermal oil.

Our tilting tables can be equipped with permanent formwork on one longitudinal side (bottom) and/or two transverse sides. In addition, a variety of magnetic tools and formwork options are available from the BT product portfolio.

With oscillating tilting tables, the vibration dampers are located between the formwork pallet and the torsion frame. This compensates for the inaccuracies caused by cylinder movement during tilting and/or asymmetric loads on the table.

This type of tilting system is an optimal choice for the prefabrication of:

  • Solid walls
  • Floor elements
  • Roadway slabs
  • Sandwich elements
  • Elements for the facade
  • etc.

  • Flexibility in terms of product types
  • Highest accuracy of the final products
  • Maximum effectiveness in the damper function
  • Tailor-made and customized based on your requirements and constraints
  • Available in various formwork sheet thicknesses and load capacities

Areas of application:

To be used individually, in a group of tilting tables or as part of a complex prefabrication system.

For the production of various flat plate products such as:

  • Solid walls
  • Floor elements
  • Road slabs
  • Sandwich elements
  • Facade elements
  • etc.
