Product details
The UniForm® formwork offers extremely high material resistance. Sawing, screwing on and throwing away worn formwork strips is a thing of the past with UniForm® formwork sheets. The quality of the switched elements can be increased in the long term, among other things through cleaner and straighter bevel formations on the element. A chamfer on the top and / or bottom side of the sheet is possible upon customer request.
Multiple reuse goes hand in hand with flexibility thanks to a simple attachment system compatible with the MultiForm Type 2. The permanent steel formlining is bolted to the MultiForm Type 2 using Dywidag rods attached to the back according to the respective formwork height.
Fields of application of UniForm®
- Production of solid and sandwich walls
- Use on tilt tables, indexing tables, circulation pallets and wooden surfaces
- Manufacture of platform slabs, supports and beams
Questions and answers about the product
1. how do I use the UniForm® formlining and what do I have to pay attention to?
We have summarised all important information on the use, cleaning and general handling of UniForm® for you in our application instructions.
2. which is better: wood or steel? How quickly does the system pay for itself?
While wooden formwork skins can be used more flexibly in the precast plant, steel formwork skins have cost-effectiveness on their side. Scarf skins made of wood can usually only be reused a few times without the quality of the elements suffering. This results in significant ongoing material costs. The steel formwork skins, on the other hand, can be reused much more frequently and thus form a resource-saving alternative for the repeated production of similar precast concrete elements.
3. can there be material problems between UniForm® and MultiForm Alu?
No. As long as the two products are not welded together, they can be used together without any problems.
