What does this product have to offer?
The MagButterfly system can be integrated into a wide range of formworks and shuttering beams, which are produced and adapted according to the requirements and wishes of our customers. Based on the multi-part design, the detachment force is reduced by more than 50% and is therefore excellently suited for the use of formwork robots.

Product details
The MagButterfly has an adhesive force of approx. 22,000N. This enormously high adhesive force requires a very high release force to deactivate the magnet. Therefore, the magnet package was divided into three elements and equipped with a special mechanism. To avoid having to release the entire 22,000N from the shift table, individual segments are now deactivated, which leads to an enormous reduction in the force to be applied.
