This whistleblower and complaint form offers suppliers, business partners and their employees the opportunity to report information on actual or potential violations.
Notifications can relate in particular to the following topics:
Human rights and labor law violations
Environmental and climate protection violations
Corruption, bribery or fraud
Violations of laws, internal guidelines or the Code of Conduct
Other serious compliance risks
Reports can be submitted confidentially and anonymously if desired. All reports are carefully checked and handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and our internal procedures. Whistleblowers need not fear any discrimination.
This form serves to fulfill our due diligence obligations in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the EU Whistleblower Directive and the requirements of the CSRD/ESRS.
