The new MultiForm Alu - lightweight, stable and robust!

Increasing demands on formwork and plant technology in the production of precast concrete elements require additional occupational safety measures for employees. Particularly when installing formwork by hand, the use of cranes is often indispensable in order to comply with the national health and safety guidelines, such as the German load handling regulation*. However, handling the crane is relatively time-consuming and thus delays production. To solve this problem we have further developed our patented MultiForm shuttering.

The result is a lightweight, but very stable formwork made of specially coated aluminium.

Due to its reduced dead weight, MultiForm Alu weighs less than half in comparison with other beam systems, even with the formwork facing attached. One employee can transport the formwork including formwork facing even with a shuttering height of 400 mm. The use of the MultiForm Alu also saves time and money by eliminating the need for crane systems and transport with fewer personnel.
