We have also cancelled business trips until further notice and meetings are currently mostly happening by telephone or via digital media. As a further measure, we have decided to discontinue all field service activities for the time being in order to avoid unnecessary transmission risks. Of course, your contact persons will continue to be available to you by telephone or e-mail.
In recent weeks we have taken precautions and procured sufficient goods, because our aim is to continue to supply you while at the same time ensuring the health and safety of our staff at all times. Due to the current border closures, however, bottlenecks and delays may also occur in the domestic German goods traffic. We kindly ask you to consider this for planned orders. We are confident that we will master the difficult situation together with you. Should there be any changes in our operating procedures, we will inform you accordingly.
